Many products have to be ordered in which we incur shipping charges & if the product is returned back to the vendor we have restocking fees from the manufacturers. All products must be in new condition, and in original packaging for an exchange or return to take place. All shipping charges incurred on an exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us prior to returning any items 1-80.
